Embrace has been funded by the Leonardo da Vinci programme since 2000 and has directly supported over 500 young adults by facilitating work placement schemes here in the UK or abroad as well as supporting professionals through Best Practice exchanges and direct training. We currently deliver LdV Transfer of Innovation Project: "Renewable Energy Specialists" (RES) which transfers an innovative vocational training scheme called "The Solarteur" from Germany/ Austria to the UK focusing on hands-on training for professionals. We have also just begun work on an LdV funded partnership project entitled  "RENEWVET", which explores the challenges surrounding teaching and training of renewable energies in different European countries.

Based on the TOI project RES, we will begin training professionals from October onwards in the .K. We have our own training centre as well as supporting colleges/ training providers through licenses to the RES training.
